Schedule

This position offers a relatively set schedule working Wednesday–Sunday PM shifts, approximately 2:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m. (actual hours may vary).

Responsibilities

• Prepping food for shifts
• Preparing food to order as specified by the order
• Delivering food to other areas of the kitchen
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
• Working as a team to execute fine dining standards
• Performing any other duties deemed necessary by the Chef and professional staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining or kitchen atmosphere preferred, but not required
• ServeSafe certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to operate or learn to operate a point-of-sale system
