We are NOW HIRING LINE COOKS. You’ll become part of a team that has successfully owned & operated high-volume restaurants in St. Augustine for over 20 years (Harry’s Seafood Bar & Grille, Salt Life Food Shack). Major Responsibilities Include Prepare dishes and recipes according to Harry's standardsMaintain a clean and organized work area/stationFollow all safety and sanitation practicesComplete other duties as assigned by manager on duty Requirements High School diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum of 1 year of food preparation experience requiredExperience with quantity food preparation preferredGeneral knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipesAbility to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.Stable work history.
