Major Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes and recipes according to Harry's standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area/station
- Follow all safety and sanitation practices
- Complete other duties as assigned by manager on duty
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
- Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
- General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements
- Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
- Able to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude
- Show strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards
- Demonstrate a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays
