Job Overview
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team in a fast-paced corporate dining café setting. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and is driven by a genuine love for hospitality and the culinary arts. What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook food items across various stations including prep, deli, and grill
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and presentation
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to develop and improve menus
- Uphold food safety standards and comply with all health and sanitation regulations
- Support the kitchen team during peak service hours with speed, precision, and professionalism
- Contribute ideas and feedback to continually enhance the guest dining experience
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in fine dining or corporate dining kitchens
- Strong prep, deli, and grill skills with a commitment to consistency and quality
- A deep respect for food and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Able to thrive in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Punctual, dependable, and solution-oriented
