On The Job

• Aid in the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas.
• Responsible for setup, cleanup, and organization of all cooking stations with proper supplies, products, and equipment.
• Prepare menu items in cooperation and collaboration with food and beverage staff.
• Ensure attractive, consistent presentations of food items.
• Accommodate customer requests promptly.
• Stock and set up the kitchen stations.
• Know food safety processes and procedures.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
