Responsibilities

• Execute menu items to exact specifications.
• Manage station prep and setup efficiently.
• Maintain pristine sanitation and safety standards.
• Cook high-quality cuisine under peak volume.
• Collaborate with chefs on daily features.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in upscale dining.
• Advanced knife skills and cooking techniques.
• Private club background is highly preferred.
• Valid food handler card or ServSafe certification.
• Flexible schedule availability includes weekends and holidays.
