Role Overview
You know how to run a mitigation job. We’re looking for a company builder, not just another pair of hands. We’re a growing, family‑owned restoration company looking for a lead who can take ownership in the field and help set the standard for the crew. Your judgment, documentation, customer service, and ability to develop technicians will matter here. As we grow, there’s an opportunity to move into operations leadership.
Requirements
- IICRC WRT and AMRT certifications
- At least two years of water mitigation experience
- Track record of running jobs or leading a crew
- ASD and other certifications are a plus
- Sound judgment
- Excellent communication
- Outstanding reliability
- Drive to take great care of customers
- Ability to handle hands‑on, demanding work with occasional long days and emergency calls
