Responsibilities

• Lead programs to successfully deliver and support complex product solution implementations.
• Oversee planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across multiple areas, ensuring implementations are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders and delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Serve as focal point for delivery across teams for specific client(s).
• Partner with the Implementation Practice team to map solution scope and ‘required by’
