• Handle commercial real estate transactions including purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, loan agreements, and construction agreements.

Requirements

• 12+ years of commercial real estate transactions experience
• Experience with purchase and sale agreements, easements, leases, loan agreements, and construction agreements
• Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
• Outstanding references
• Active license with a state bar
