Latitude is partnering with an established and growing company to identify an experienced Commercial Real Estate Transactions Attorney to join its collegial in-house legal department. Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and easements.
• Experience with purchase and sale, easements, leases, loan agreements, and construction-related matters.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school.
• Outstanding references.
• Active license with a state bar.

Requirements

• 12+ years of commercial real estate transactions experience.
• Experience with purchase and sale, easements, leases, loan agreements, and construction-related matters.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school.
• Outstanding references.
• Active license with a state bar.
