What You'll Do Partner closely with Manifest's immigration attorneys to execute high-volume, high-quality work for corporate clients — leading primarily writing intensive cases, such as EB-1A, O-1, EB-2 NIW, L-1 - case preparation from intake through filing, with additional exposure to H-1B, TN, PERM as needed.Guide clients through document collection and evidence gathering, ensuring everything is complete, accurate, and compliant with USCIS and DOL requirements.Prepare USCIS forms and draft clean, persuasive, well-organized case materials tailored to each petition type.Serve as a professional, steady point of contact for clients — handling updates, expectations, and process explanations with clarity and confidence.Track deadlines and manage a substantial, simultaneous caseload with meticulous records, so nothing falls through the cracks.Anticipate your supervising attorney's needs, aligning on preferences and enabling them to focus on higher-level legal strategy. Compensation & Pay Transparency Manifest is a remote-first firm, and this role is open to candidates in the United States. The good-faith salary range for this position is $60K - $100K USD. This range reflects base compensation and may not include bonus, equity, or other components of total compensation. Actual pay is determined by a range of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's location, experience level, education, and skills, as well as the specific scope of the role.
