Responsibilities
- HVAC Service Technician:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Clearly explain findings and recommended solutions to customers while providing professional, high-quality service.
- HVAC Lead Installer:
- Remove outdated HVAC equipment and install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential HVAC systems.
- Lead each installation with the support of an assigned helper while maintaining high standards for quality, professionalism, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- HVAC Service Technician:
- At least 1 year of residential HVAC service experience.
- EPA certification or ability to obtain it.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces and lift heavy equipment.
- HVAC Lead Installer:
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Ability to lead installations with an assigned helper.
- Working knowledge of applicable local inspection codes.
- EPA certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces and lift heavy equipment.
Requirements
- All candidates must pass required background and drug screening.
