Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes or in hospice settings. Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and providing emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and other personal care needs
• Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
• Provide emotional support to patients and families

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in home health care or hospice preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing quality care
