About the role

Provide compassionate personal care services in a home setting. Assist with daily living activities, medication management, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, eating, and other personal care needs.
• Monitor and record vital signs as needed.
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Perform light cleaning and organization tasks in the resident’s home.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in home health care or related field preferred.
• Pass a background check and criminal history review.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Skills

• Basic computer skills.
• First aid and CPR certification preferred.
