🔨 EXPERIENCED HANDYMAN — RESIDENTIAL + COMMERCIAL

About the role

We're looking for a well-rounded handyman who knows both residential and commercial work. You'll work with property managers, realtors, property owners, homeowners, rental properties, offices, restaurants, retail stores, small businesses, and other commercial properties. Tasks vary from repairing doors, patching drywall, to plumbing or carpentry repairs. No two days are exactly the same.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, doors and trim work
• Handle flooring and tile, cabinets and fixtures, deck and fence repairs
• Carry out light plumbing and light electrical repairs
• Undertake remodeling, general maintenance and repairs
• Work independently, show up on time, troubleshoot issues
• Maintain clean job site, communicate with property managers and customers
• Adapt to occupied spaces and flexible scheduling when needed

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in construction, remodeling, maintenance, or home repair
• Own basic tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience in both residential and commercial settings
• Good communication skills
• Must live in Northern Virginia

Pay

$25–$45+ per hour based on experience

Schedule

Most work is Monday–Friday during the day; occasional irregular shifts (evenings, overnight, weekends) may be required to accommodate commercial customers. One Saturday per month may be scheduled.
