About the role

The Experienced Gutter Foreman is responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of gutters and downspouts in residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong leadership skills, knowledge of roofing materials, and the ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and repair of gutters and downspouts
• Manage a team of gutter installers and helpers
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and contractors
• Complete projects within budget and schedule

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in gutter installation and repair
• Proven leadership skills
• Knowledge of roofing materials and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
