Experienced Fine Dining Server

About the role

The Greensboro Country Club is opening its high-end restaurant and is seeking fine dining servers to join their team. The restaurant is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for dinner service, with additional hours available for events and other restaurants on site.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name and make them feel welcome
• Suggest menu items based on knowledge of the food and menu
• Anticipate and address guest needs promptly
• Ensure tables and dining room are clean and organized
• Handle opening and closing duties as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and outgoing personality
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
• Previous fine dining experience preferred, but not required
• Positive attitude and can-do mindset
• Quick learner with strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
• Team player with a great work ethic
