Experienced Entry Level Restaurant Manager

About the role

As an Entry Level Restaurant Manager, you will assist the Operating Director in providing direction, training, and skills to ensure Guests’ expectations are exceeded, Team Members are treated fairly and with respect, and each shift reaches its business goals.

You will manage both Front and Heart of the House operations, focusing on quality and maintaining our standards. You’ll cultivate a diverse and safe culture, coach and teach Team Members, and recognize performance and effort.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts as a manager, ensuring smooth operations and Guest satisfaction.
• Manage Front and Heart of the House teams, ensuring adherence to PDQ’s quality standards.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members while recognizing and rewarding performance.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and harassment-free environment for all Team Members.
• Collaborate with the restaurant management team (Assistant Managers) to meet business goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience running shifts as a manager, shift leader, or key team member.
• Previous salaried manager experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in all aspects of kitchen operations.
• Excellent people and Guest service skills.
