About the role

Join our diverse and dynamic team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in various locations across LA and Orange Counties. You’ll make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) as a mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate.

Responsibilities

• Use good judgment and problem-solving skills to support clients in daily activities
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with a passionate, team-oriented staff
• Act as a mentor and advocate for individuals with I/DD

Requirements

• 21+ years old
• Reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver’s License
• Must pass a background check
• Previous experience in human services is a plus
• American Sign Language (ASL) knowledge is a bonus—special opportunities available

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
