About the Role: Diamond Dental Associates LLC is looking for a friendly and experienced Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our practice in Flemington, NJ. Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experienceSchedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management softwareVerify dental insurance eligibility and process claims and authorizationsCollect and post patient payments, co-pays, and account balancesAnswer multi-line phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage voicemailsMaintain and update accurate patient records and medical historiesCoordinate with clinical dental staff to ensure smooth daily office operations Requirements: Prior dental office front desk or receptionist experience requiredFamiliarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)Knowledge of dental insurance billing, verification, and claims processingStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitudeHighly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy office environmentProficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft OfficeProfessional, dependable, and a positive team player About Us: Diamond Dental Associates LLC is a trusted dental practice serving the Flemington, NJ community with a commitment to exceptional patient care and a comfortable, welcoming environment.
