About the role

A dealer is responsible for managing the blackjack tables and other Table Games, dealing cards, explaining game rules, and ensuring a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for players.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Gaming License.

• Must be able to perform basic math functions and calculate payouts mentally.
