We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our full-time team at Weather Engineers, Inc., a reputable HVAC provider in Jacksonville, FL.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and accurately enter call slips into our system
- Schedule follow-up emails to customers
- Ensure customer needs are met promptly and professionally
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- 10+ years of experience in customer service and data entry a plus

What will your day look like?
You'll enjoy a full-time schedule from Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, entering call slips, and sending follow-up emails to customers. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
