About the role
We have an immediate need for a FULL TIME (Experienced) Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher.
Schedule
- Full time position
- Two shifts available: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and/or 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Mandatory rotating weekends
- No Major Holidays or After-hours
Responsibilities
- Providing friendly services to customers & company employees
- Keeping data and records up to date including spreadsheet information
- Answering multi-line telephone system
- Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program
- Assist with general office and administrative functions including (but not limited to) filing, faxing

- A team member who is responsible, self-starter, family oriented and can operate in a fast-paced environment
