Experienced Countertop Installer (Solid Surface & Laminate)

Responsibilities

• Install laminate and solid surface countertops in residential and commercial properties
• Measure, cut, fit, and secure countertops for a precise finish
• Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and installation specifications
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Afford assistance in troubleshooting, adjustments, and repairs when needed
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of countertop installation experience (laminate and/or solid surface required)
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
