(SUB-CONTRACTOR) Stone Countertop Installer

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' homes/business to install stone countertops
• Determine and implement the best layout to achieve a desired pattern for tile installation
• To achieve highest quality workmanship on the job site
• Remove any old stone, tile, grout and adhesive using chisels and scrapers and clean the surface carefully
• Follow specifications for installation of new stone including accurate measures, proper installation to fit around obstacles, application of mortar, finishing and dressing joints
• Remove and replace cracked or damaged countertops
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years previous experience with stone countertops
• Must have liability insurance and workers comp coverage etc.
• Be able to read/understand custom, detailed layouts
• Deliver high quality professional service along with exceptional customer service on every job on behalf of Accent Countertops
• Able to provide own tools for the job
• Flexible and willing to stay and get the job done right the first time
• Pass a background check
