About the role
Home Instead Seattle is seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to support a senior client in the Central Seattle area.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Support ambulation, transfers, and mobility needs
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Accompany clients on errands and grocery shopping
- Provide medication reminders
- Support clients living with Parkinson's disease and related mobility challenges
- Promote safety, comfort, and independence
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Home Instead team
Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA or HCA certification
- Previous experience caring for clients with Parkinson's disease
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Caregiver must be compassionate, reliable, and patient
- Experience with mobility assistance and transfers preferred
Pay
Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour (depending on shift)
Schedule
Weekend Day Shifts | Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
