Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
- Complete Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner
- Provide personal companionship and engage in ongoing social & emotional support
- Aid with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Transport clients to and from appointments as needed
- Perform administrative functions such as documenting task completion and reporting changes in client health
Qualifications
- Professional caregiver experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA)
- Current BLS Certification
- Valid drivers license, vehicle insurance, registration, and reliable vehicle
- Open availability
- TB Screening/PPD and/or Chest X-Ray
- Basic computer skills
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
