The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This mid-level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations. Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until December 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first).
Responsibilities
- Perform regular preventive maintenance checks of boilers, fire pumps, emergency generators, etc.
- Complete work orders for maintenance / repair in condominium units and buildings
- Maintain a safety-first mindset
- Communicate effectively with department management and other stakeholders
- Accurately document completed work
- Provide exceptional guest service as needed
- Maintain tools and work areas
- Identifying and communicating inventory needs
- Other duties as assigned by department management
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
- Follow procedures and guidelines to stay safe and keep your team safe – your safety is our priority
- Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments
- Ability to perform heavy work (defined as exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects)
- Ability to work standing on your feet and performing physical work consistently
- Ability to work weekends and holidays

Pay
Expected pay range: $22.00/hr - $27.70/hr.
Schedule
Full Time, Year Round; Shift: 8am-5pm; Minimum age: 18; Housing available.
