Job Specifications
- Starting Wage: $21.50/hr - $24.44/hr
- Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026
- Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
- Housing Availability: No
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing quality repairs on customer's bikes, including walk-in repairs and overhauls.
- Completes diagnosis of customer's equipment and provides repair estimates.
- Schedules customer appointments and communicates clear and realistic expectations.
- Recommends products to enhance the customer's cycling experience.
- Possesses advanced knowledge of bike repair practices and procedures.
- Ensures service paperwork is completed legibly, accurately, and filed accordingly.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years bike mechanic experience
- Physical Abilities: Must be able to stand for long periods of time, operate hand and power tools, lift and carry bikes and parts, and other equipment
- Communication: Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Education: High School diploma or GED Equivalent

Pay Range
The expected pay range is $21.50/hr - $24.44/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
