Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $21.50/hr - $24.44/hr
• Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• Housing Availability: No

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing quality repairs on customer's bikes, including walk-in repairs and overhauls.
• Completes diagnosis of customer's equipment and provides repair estimates.
• Schedules customer appointments and communicates clear and realistic expectations.
• Recommends products to enhance the customer's cycling experience.
• Possesses advanced knowledge of bike repair practices and procedures.
• Ensures service paperwork is completed legibly, accurately, and filed accordingly.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years bike mechanic experience
• Physical Abilities: Must be able to stand for long periods of time, operate hand and power tools, lift and carry bikes and parts, and other equipment
• Communication: Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Education: High School diploma or GED Equivalent

Pay Range

The expected pay range is $21.50/hr - $24.44/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
