What you’ll do
- Diagnose and repair vehicles across a range of systems — engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and beyond — using OEM diagnostic platforms and manufacturer procedures
- Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans — communicating findings to service advisors to support guest authorization
- Execute repairs to factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts
- Complete repair orders accurately — documenting all work performed and parts used with precision
- Stay current on technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of flat-rate technician experience in a franchised dealership — required
- Any brand background considered — luxury, import, and domestic experience all valued across our portfolio
- Strong diagnostic ability and a low comeback rate
- ASE certifications a strong plus — OEM factory certifications highly valued
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
