Experienced Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical systems
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems accurately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, costs, and timelines
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive service technician or mechanic
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and relevant ASE certifications (preferred)
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
