Experienced Automotive Billing Clerk

About the role

The Billing Clerk is an accounting position within a large and rapidly growing automotive group in Southwest U.S. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions for all retail automotive sales.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold, including calculating profits, setting up receivables/liabilities, and calculating sales commissions
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and Finance Product submissions
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process
• Process and reconcile factory incentives
• Create and maintain deal logs
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1 year of Automotive Billing experience required
• MUST be familiar with CDK
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willing to submit a background check
