We’re seeking an experienced Audi technician who brings platform expertise, diagnostic precision, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Audi vehicles across all systems—engine, transmission, brakes, advanced electrical, suspension, ADAS, MMI, and more—using ODIS and OEM diagnostic procedures.
• Execute repairs to Audi factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and no shortcuts.
• Document all work performed, diagnostic findings, and parts used with precision on repair orders.
• Stay current on Audi technical service bulletins, software updates, and evolving repair procedures.
• Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to service advisors to support accurate guest communication and repair authorization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation that reflects Audi’s brand standards.
• Contribute to a shop culture where diagnostic excellence, quality workmanship, and professionalism are the baseline.

Requirements

• Audi dealership technician experience strongly preferred; Volkswagen experience is a strong plus.
• Audi OEM certifications preferred—Master or Master Guild status is a significant advantage and will be reflected in your pay rate.
• Strong diagnostic ability—comfortable working through complex, multi-system Audi platform problems with process and precision.
• ODIS diagnostic platform experience—required for effective Audi service work.
• Consistent quality workmanship and a low comeback rate—your standard doesn’t require managing.
• ASE certifications are a strong plus.
• Strong work ethic and professional reliability—you show up, produce, and your bay reflects your standard.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
