About the role

The Experienced Appointment Setter plays a crucial role in Green American Builders' sales team, engaging directly with potential customers in their homes to generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up consultations.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with individuals in their homes, presenting Green American Builders' offerings with confidence and clarity.
  • Build rapport and trust within moments of meeting new people.
  • Communicate our value proposition and identify customer needs effectively.
  • Navigate conversations, address initial questions, and overcome objections with poise.
  • Qualify leads by asking pertinent questions to understand their interest and needs.
  • Schedule solid appointments for our sales team, ensuring a smooth handover.
  • Maintain a high level of self-driven activity, consistently working towards daily and weekly targets.
  • Adapt to various environments and customer interactions, maintaining a positive and energetic demeanor.
