You must have 3-5 years of experience working for another Major Appliance Repair Company with references.

Average annual pay: $90,000 to $130,000.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major home appliances including refrigerators, washers, and dryers.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal appliance performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients on-site.
• Document service calls and maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new appliance technologies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during service operations.
• Manage inventory of tools and parts necessary for repairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in appliance repair or related field.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling preferred.
