Experienced Agricultural Millwright / Foreman

Light's Welding, a division of GSM Industrial, is seeking an experienced Millwright or Millwright Foreman to join our growing team in Annville, PA. This position is designated as safety-sensitive and includes operating vehicles, forklifts, aerial lifts, welding equipment, power tools, and working around industrial machinery.

About the role

If you've built your career installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting conveyors, bucket elevators, drag conveyors, screw conveyors, structural steel, and processing equipment in feed mills, grain facilities, flour mills, fertilizer plants, or similar industrial environments, we'd like to talk. Crew lead and foreman candidates are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot conveyors, bucket elevators, drag conveyors, screw conveyors, structural steel, and processing equipment
• Operate vehicles, forklifts, aerial lifts, welding equipment, and power tools safely and in compliance with company safety standards
• Read blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting
• Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in industrial environments
• Lift up to 75 pounds

Requirements

• Experience working in feed mills, flour mills, grain handling facilities, fertilizer facilities, agricultural processing plants, or similar industrial environments
• Experience with conveyors, material handling systems, and industrial equipment installations
• Basic welding and fabrication experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to safely operate vehicles up to 26,000 lbs. combined weight
• Foreman or crew leadership experience is a plus

Pay

$27–$42 hourly wage
