Experienced ABA Biller

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ABA Medical Biller to join our revenue cycle team at Supportive ABA Therapy. As an ABA Medical Biller, you will handle claim submissions for ABA therapy services, manage denials and appeals, verify authorizations, and ensure billing compliance across Medicaid and commercial payers.

Responsibilities

• Handle claim submissions for ABA therapy services and manage denials and appeals
• Verify authorizations and ensure billing compliance across Medicaid and commercial payers
• Utilize knowledge of ABA-specific CPT codes and CentralReach platform to process claims efficiently
• Collaborate with the revenue cycle team to resolve billing errors and ensure accurate payment
• Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance and optimal billing practices

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in medical billing, with at least 2 years in an ABA setting
• Familiarity with ABA-specific CPT codes and CentralReach platform
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
