Experienced ABA Behavior Technician / RBT - Part Time
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Benefits if we have specific content. The posting mentions "Student loan assistance to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), as well as free supervision hours" and "Excellent benefits for eligible employees". That's somewhat specific: student loan assistance, free supervision hours. Could be considered benefits. We'll include Benefits section with those details.
Also we have "What Sets Us Apart" which could be considered a section like "About the role" or maybe "Overview". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can also add other headings if needed? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should follow that pattern. Probably we should include About the role (overview), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule, Location, Compensation (Pay). However Pay is separate from Compensation; we can use Pay heading for compensation. Location maybe not in list but we can still include as heading? The examples didn't include Location but we can still use for Location if we have content. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies those are typical but not exclusive. We'll include Location as its own heading.
We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The page already shows it, so we don't add a heading for "ABA Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)". Also do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. There's "#BT2" maybe a job ID; we can drop it or put in a short p. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At the end there is EEO statement and "#BT2". We'll drop EEO lines. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Now construct HTML. We'll start with

but not in list; but we could incorporate into About the role or Benefits. However we have specific bullet points: "Supportive, fun and rewarding atmosphere for our staff", "Extensive training and support to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)", "Student loan assistance to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), as well as free supervision hours", "Collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and learning", "Excellent benefits for eligible employees". These could be Benefits. But we also have a Benefits section later. To avoid duplication, we could treat What Sets Us Apart as Benefits. Let's make Benefits heading and list those items. Thus:Benefits
- Supportive, fun and rewarding atmosphere for staff
- Extensive training and support to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Student loan assistance to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), as well as free supervision hours
- Collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and learning

$20.00 - $29.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications.
We also have Salary Range line at bottom: "#BT2 Salary Range USD $20.00 - USD $29.00 /Hr." We'll drop duplicate. We should not include any extra boilerplate like "This job description is intended to outline the primary responsibilities and requirements of the role. The individual may be required to perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor, as needed." That's generic; we can drop as it's boilerplate. Now ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. Good. Now output only HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML:About the role
