Behavior Technician/RBT - Part Time

About the role

Responsible for providing behavioral support in a therapeutic setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans
• Monitor client progress and report to supervisors
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement treatment plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field
• Current CPR certification
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
