Responsibilities

• Implement individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA to address each child's unique goals.
• Collect and record precise data to track each child's progress and inform ongoing treatment updates.
• Collaborate closely with your clinical supervisor to ensure consistent, high-quality care for every child.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children, their families, and your fellow team members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping children with autism reach their goals
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a care team
• Preferred: Associate's Degree in healthcare or core science
• Preferred: 1-6 months of related experience working with children with Autism
• Preferred: Previous experience in ABA Therapy
• Preferred: 40-hr RBT course completed prior to start date
