Responsibilities
- Organize and monitor the training of the Experience Desk operations.
- Train and develop Front of House team members.
- Monitor, update, and communicate changes to standards and operating procedures.
- Test Team members' knowledge regularly.
- Participate in all assigned meetings.
- Create and manage team schedules.
- Resolve guest issues and maintain high guest service standards.
- Manage itinerary building and adjustments.
- Collaborate with the Sensei Guides Team.
- Manage intra-departmental communication.
- Track daily arrival and departure times.
- Ensure guest rooms are prepared and check guests in/out.
- Perform clerical duties as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of guests.
- Report equipment, supply, and maintenance needs.
- Assist teams laterally across all departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Hospitality, Event Planning, Operations with an interest in health and wellness or comparable experience.
- Experience in front desk, hotel concierge, hotel reservations, or call center roles.
- Knowledge or certification in nutrition, fitness, or massage modalities.
- Incredibly organized and effective in communicating with guests and co-workers.
- High commitment to guest satisfaction and service.
