Experience Designer
Responsibilities
- Transform tasks into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs across the full experience lifecycle.
- Identify customer and business needs through contextual inquiries, generative research, and quantitative research.
- Create visual, information, interaction, and service design elements that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Evaluate usability for new and existing products and provide constructive suggestions for improvement.
Requirements
- Using the Figma suite of design tools or similar digital prototyping tools.
- Proficiency in low-, medium-, and high-fidelity prototyping.
- Experience gathering requirements from users and business stakeholders.
- Experience working with a design system and understanding accessibility fundamentals.
- Ability to validate designs through user testing and provide actionable feedback to developers, preferably in an agile environment.
- Online portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital solutions through ideation, user research, wireframing, and design iteration.
