About the Role

Home Helpers Home Care of Olney is looking to expand its Caregiver family. We are hiring kind, compassionate, and dedicated CNAs and GNAs to provide exceptional comprehensive home care services. This part-time position supports a client in Olney or Burtonsville, with the schedule Monday through Thursday from 11:30 AM–3:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care (bathing, dressing, and transfers)
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Monitor and report physical and behavioral changes
• Assist with medication reminders
• Assist with ambulation
• Monitor BP and glucose levels
• Aiding with activities of daily living
• Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation
• Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits
• Providing companionship

Requirements

• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Current CNA license
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to understand care plans and assessments
• Current doctor's medical health clearance to work, including a negative TB Test
