Experience Center Tour Guide

Responsibilities

• Schedule tour reservations via phone and online registration system
• Support public tours by driving an electric tram and narrating up to three to four tours daily, four to five days a week—some evenings and/or Saturdays with advanced notice
• Complete required safety training to drive and work in plant areas—renew training annually
• Aid in the loading and unloading of tour guests
• Prepare and clean PPE (personal protective equipment) after each tour
• Give presentations in front of large, diverse groups of people
• Prepare, update, and fact-check tour materials
• Perform phone and email outreach to cultivate and expand the tour guest base
• Record and report any unusual incidents or violations of safety guidelines

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver license

Schedule

Four to five days a week, including some evenings and/or Saturdays with advanced notice.
