Since 2014, the club has reflected the indomitable nature of California’s Capital City, breaking league records year over year, winning the championship in its inaugural season, and sparking a regional passion for soccer. Experience Center Coordinator (new Stadium) – Overview The Experience Center Coordinator serves as the first point of contact and welcoming ambassador for all guests, ensuring each visit leaves a lasting, positive impression. As a critical support role, you will enable Sales and Marketing teams to drive revenue by combining warm, professional friendliness with impeccable organization. While not responsible for direct selling, you play an essential part in the team’s success by supporting seamless meetings, managing sales materials and visitor logistics, and overseeing daily center operations. This position is ideal for a motivated, highly organized professional committed to creating an inviting, efficient environment that supports our stadium project’s overall revenue goals. Responsibilities Lead the guest arrival experience, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and well-informed from the moment they enter.Serve as the "face" of the Experience Center, overseeing daily operations and maintaining the physical space for optimal guest impact.Facilitate seamless meeting logistics, managing visitor flow and logistics to ensure the sales staff can focus purely on selling.Support the sales and marketing teams with essential administrative tasks, CRM record management, and the preparation of high-quality sales materials.Coordinate events and hospitality elements, including food and beverage arrangements, to enhance high-impact guest visits.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications The qualifications listed below represent the credentials necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. Bachelor degree preferred.Proven experience in a guest-facing or hospitality role, prioritizing warmth, friendliness, and professional diplomacy.Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and logistics simultaneously.Strong emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.Be able to identify problems, their sources, and their potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruptions.Technical proficiency in CRM systems and general office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) to support sales operations.Flexibility to manage event-day schedules, including evenings and weekends, to adapt to changing business needs. Working Conditions Working Environment: SRFC Front Office (Sacramento, CA) onsite.Travel Requirements: Limited but requires flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.Physical Demands: This position requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and move around event spaces during attendance at events. Position Details Part Time (Non-Exempt) Approximately 16 - 20 hours per weekHourly Rate: $21.63 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
