Experience Associate Manager

About the role

As an Experience Associate Manager, you will work in T-Mobile’s newest retail format designed to enhance the customer and service experience. This role involves supporting Senior Mobile Experts, driving sales outcomes, leading teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Cooks in all directions and provides actionable feedback to improve performance.
• Takes ownership of store performance.
• Leads by example in training completion and staying updated on product and service knowledge.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 12+ months of retail experience
• 12+ months of neighborhood retail associate manager experience preferred
• Preferred experience in care
• Customer Service skills: Passion, integrity, and energy necessary to create a dynamic work environment.
• Retail Sales experience in high volume environments.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, versatility, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to train associates and partners in unique event environments.
• Consistent accuracy with basic math and proficient use of a calculator.
• Consistently performs above company average in sales metrics.
• Proven track record of coaching to performance and ensuring behaviors align with successful sales and service outcomes.
• Ability to analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to multi-task and quickly move between store operations, coaching, and customer support.
• Demonstrated effective operational and procedural compliance.
• Pass certification and annual re-certification process.

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• No travel required
• No DOT regulated position
• No safety sensitive position

Pay
