Expediting Coordinator/ Field Engineer
About the role
We are seeking an Expediting Coordinator / Field Engineer to oversee production flow, supply chain execution, and supplier quality performance. In this role, you will be on the front lines of manufacturing operations—monitoring shop floor progress, conducting detailed defect analyses, enforcing Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) with suppliers, and ensuring high-precision, defect-free parts are delivered on schedule.

Responsibilities
- Production & Workflow Management: Track and manage production flow on the shop floor to ensure lead times, load capacity, and schedule targets are met.
- Supplier Quality & Defect Resolution: Perform rigorous quality analyses to guarantee zero-defect exports; partner directly with suppliers to investigate quality issues and implement root cause corrections.
