About the role
Incident.io is seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of Product, this role will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our product, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment with company goals
- Collaborate with engineering to prioritize features and optimize the product
- Work with designers to ensure the product is intuitive and user-friendly
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
- Manage the product launch process and post-launch support
- Communicate product vision and strategy to cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS products
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products
- Experience with customer feedback and analytics tools
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of software development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience with product development tools such as Jira, Trello, etc.
- Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and services
- Experience with data visualization tools

Pay
Salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per year
