Key Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations, provide diagnoses, and deliver psychotherapy and treatment planning, both in-person and remotely via company-provided Telehealth software.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records of treatment plans, interventions, and progress reports using our EMR system, Athena I.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including primary care providers, psychiatrists, and therapists, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Partner with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) to implement the Expanded Behavior Supports (EBS) program for authorized Medicaid patients and residents.
- Educate clients and their families on psychological issues, offering counseling and support to manage disorders.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, local, and applicable state board requirements, provisions, and laws pertaining to clinical practices.
- Adhere to all applicable company policies, practices, and procedures to maintain compliance with organizational standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Current, active unrestricted licensure or certification as a psychologist or mental health professional in the state of practice (e.g., LCSW).
- Additional certifications or specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities or populations served are desirable.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Credentialing with Medicaid/Medicare is a plus.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships and collaboration with patients, colleagues, interdisciplinary teams, and facility staff.
