About the role
We are seeking an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support youth (ages 5–17) and their families in our local communities. Your work will have a direct impact on families and contribute to building the practical skills needed for thriving.
Responsibilities
- Teach life skills using the Ansell Casey Assessment, including social skills and daily independence.
- Plan and facilitate therapeutic activities, sports, and recreational outings in local parks and venues.
- Collaborate with DCS to support reunification efforts and help families stay together.
- Create and maintain individualized treatment plans and document progress to celebrate milestones.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in youth-focused behavioral health.
- A High School Diploma with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license and an insured personal vehicle meeting $100K/$300K coverage requirements.
- Clearances: Fingerprint clearance card, CPR/First Aid, and a negative TB test.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay
- Initial salary range: $38,000 - $42,000 for the first 60 days.
- Incentivized growth after probation: Base salary + pay-per-unit model.
- Units per month: 0-50 at base pay, 51-100 + $7.50/unit, 101-125 + $7.75/unit, 126-150 + $8.00/unit, 151+ + $8.50/unit (approx. 25 hours/week of face-to-face client time).
- Mileage reimbursement for work across the service area.
